Do I pay 123Homz anything?
No. We are the builder’s channel partner, so the builder pays our fee. You pay the builder’s price, the same as walking in directly.
Why not go to the builder directly?
You can. With us you see many builders side by side, get one person who arranges every site visit, compares loan offers and follows up on paperwork until registration.
Are the projects genuine?
Every project shows its RERA registration number. You can check it yourself on the Karnataka RERA website.
Do you help with home loans?
Yes. Each project page lists the banks that have approved it, and your expert helps you compare offers and get your documents ready.
What happens after I book a site visit?
Your relationship manager calls to confirm the time, registers you with the builder, and you get a reminder before the visit.
